New listings are up this week from 2006. This week the number of pending and sold homes are down from 2006.

As for Average Prices: Dec. 9 -Dec. 15, 2007

(compared to the same week in 2006)

The "New Listings" average list price increased 20.92% to $300,420. In 2006 the new listing average list price was 248,446.

Sold average sales prices increased 12.57% to $274,067.

In 2006 it was $243,474 for the same week.

New listings are up by 64.15%.

Pendings are down 9.99%.

Solds decreased by 9.97%.

As for Average Prices:

The "New Listings" average list price is up 4.46% to 289,315.

Sold average sales prices increased 4.70% to $244,660 compared to $233,687 in 2006.
